As per the available information, the linebacker’s girlfriend of several years has accused him of physically abusing her on Wednesday at their Dallas residence. Miller’s partner is carrying a child.

Additionally, according to reports, Miller’s lawyer has been notified about the case and the current status of the formal warrant.

The Buffalo Bills player was arrested on Thursday at around 4 PM CT at the Glenn Heights Police Department in Glenn Heights, Texas, according to a representative for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the records that TMZ Sports was able to get, the altercation started at around 10:40 on Wednesday morning inside Miller’s residence in the Dallas area when he and the lady got into a fight about their weekend itinerary.

Documents state that the lady became agitated during the argument, stormed out of the bedroom, and slammed the door behind her, leaving Miller “visibly angry.”

Miller was not under arrest at the time this article was written. This week is the Bills’ bye week, which explains why the linebacker isn’t playing with the club and is instead at home in Dallas.

The former Los Angeles Rams standout has already ran afoul of the law. Miller was the subject of an inquiry in 2021, but the district attorney’s office decided not to press charges. In the end, the case’s specifics were kept confidential, and he didn’t experience any consequences from the NFL or the law.

According to the documents, the victim said that Miller approached her as she was gathering her belongings and aggressively pushed and assaulted her.

Officials noted in the warrant that the lady “kept yelling ‘Stop I’m pregnant'” during the incident.

However, the woman reported to the police that Miller ultimately shoved her up against a chair, and then he applied pressure on her neck with one hand “for three to five seconds before letting go.”

It is probable that the NFL will conduct an investigation and determine the appropriate penalty, even if Miller is not charged in this case.
